Long time colleague and exceptional musician, Mark Ferguson, recommended Jo to the Festival of Music as Artistic Director for his commissioned work “North Terrace”. Jo has continued her work with the Festival having now directed seven unique commissions from various Australian composers. In 2020 she assisted the Festival Team by directing their own movie “Festival Sing” which enabled thousands of students to still participate and perform during Covid.
